Description
Masthead Receiver nIts purpose is to receive alarm data from the wireless PIR?s and pass it to a control unit, or compatible device via an RS232 link. A Masthead can transmit data as well as receive it, which means it will transmit back to a Walk Test Instrument to show all received information as well as the signal strength at the masthead. In this way the installer knows that the detector is working correctly and that it is being received by the system. In addition, it can perform as a repeater for systems that require greater transmission operating distances. Reception Range is up to 1km line of sight and up to seven repeaters can be used in any one system to provide transmission range of several kilometres. Finally, the Masthead can be programmed with individual names for each unit number which are transmitted to the walk test instrument or pager to aid location of the detector. An optional aerial (AE434) may be used instead of the supplied aerial for improved reception. n

nIP Masthead Receiver Weatherproof to IP66, the Genesis IP Masthead has all the features of the standard LGMT434 Masthead but with the enhancement of IP connectivity for Plug & Play alarm integrations and email system alerts. IP connectivity enables local plug and play connectivity with selected Alarms, DVR’s and NVR’s as well as a host of remote monitoring software solutions. The IMMIX platform is one of the first to be integrated using the robust SMTP protocol. In addition to this another connection can be opened to provide client TCP/IP connection to the alarm system or DVR/NVR using a selectable protocol depending on the make or manufacture of the product. Panasonic is one of the latest integrations which provides direct communication with up to three PTZ cameras per PIR. The IP Masthead is future proofed by way of a ‘Boot Loader’ front end that allows remote upgrades of firmware as new releases become available. A new version of IP Configurator is available as a free download from the Luminite website. This PC program enables the Masthead to be remotely configured for the appropriate alarm interface as well as installing Masthead firmware updates. A new feature enables up to three email addresses to be configured that will receive alerts such as ‘low battery’, ‘missing call’, ‘tamper’s & alarms’. n
- Email alerts and alarms to up to 3 addresses
- TCP/IP Connectivity
- Serial RS232 connectivity
- Plug and play connectivity to some popular DVR/NVR’s
- Pan European UHF band
- Can become a repeater at the change of a switch
- 7 repeaters can work with 1 masthead
- supplied with a 1/4 wave 50Ohm aerial
- 9Vdc power required
- 170m/A max consumption
- IP66 ABS plastic enclosure

nMasthead Receiver with 4 x 4 Relay Version 2 This new Genesis LGMRU4x4v2 receiver has eight configurable volt free relays for direct connection to most makes of alarm systems and two auxiliary configurable relays. This product facilitates the most straight forward way to integrate Genesis wireless PIR’s to alarm inputs. New features include push button and LED display for easy programming. Two auxiliary relays that can be programmed as grouped tampers or grouped alarms and additionally Set/UnSet status. All eight alarm relays can be used for alarms only and the associated tampers grouped together and outputted on one of the AUX relays. It is also possible to select a group of unit numbers to activate an AUX relay as well as activating their own individual relays. Just as with the previous LGMRU4x4 you can configure the relays as four alarms with four tampers when individual tampers are required. The receiver works in conjunction with the new Genesis Key Fob (LGKF4) allowing users to set and un-set alarms. You can select which alarm numbers you wish to set and un-set or let it default to all. You can also use the key fob for the remote control of doors and gates for example by assigning it to one of the AUX relays. There is also an inhibit input which allows you to connect a switch to set and un-set all alarms or a selected group of alarms. An expander module (LGREM4x4v2) plugs directly on the PCB providing a further eight relays.
